SHIPPING, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order is dispatched, and if the shipping carrier provides a tracking number, we'll update your order with this tracking information. You can monitor the progress of your delivery through the link provided.

SHIPPING RATES:

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your products and your location. Before finalizing your purchase, the shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page. We partner with multiple carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

SHIPPING TIME: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.

BACK ORDERS:

If an item is on back order, we'll ship the available items in your order first. Once the back-ordered item is in stock, we'll ship it to you without any additional shipping or handling charges. We'll keep you informed about the estimated delivery date for back-ordered items.

RETURNS:

Redline UTV cannot accept any returns on items more than 15-days after delivery. Items that have been installed, scratched or damaged, or show any signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange.


To Initiate a return, please follow these easy steps:

Return Within 15 Days of delivery date:

Ensure that you return your item within 15 days of its original delivery date.

Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Any restocking fees will be communicated to you. Customer is responsible for shipping cost when returning an item.

Submit Returns through Redline UTV:

Fill out the Returns Form to initiate your return.

Provide Necessary Information:

When setting up your return, include the following information:

Minimum of 3 photos of the item, including the shipping label, the box it came in, and the actual product.

Reason for returning the item(s).

Year, make, and model of your machine.

Wait for Approval:

Allow 1-3 business days for Redline UTV to confirm your return and provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).

Receive RMA#:

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive an RMA#

Ship Your Item Back:

Customer is responsible for shipping cost when returning an item. In any case that Redline UTV has shipped the incorrect item, you will be provided a printer friendly return shipping label.

Protect Your Return:

Package your return carefully to prevent damage during transit. Use the original packaging and write the RMA# on the outside of the box.

Wait for Inspection:

After Redline UTV receives your return, allow 7-10 business days for inspection.

Receive Refund:

Once the return has been inspected and approved, you have two refund options:

Original Method of Payment:

Once the return has been inspected and approved, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Store Credit:

The credit will be immediately added to your Redline UTV account, available for use on future purchases at redlineutv.com. Store credits do not expire, carry no cash value, and are non-refundable.


Return Exclusions:

Be aware of return exclusions, such as non-refundable shipping costs; custom products; clearance / closeout items; gift cards; digital downloads; transmissions; differentials; installed, scratched, or damaged items.

CANCELLATIONS:

Orders that have not yet shipped are eligible for cancellation. If your order has shipped, we can help you return it after it has been delivered.

EXCHANGES:

Redline UTV does not accept exchanges after the order has been shipped. You can return the item and repurchase the correct one using store credit.


WARRANTY:

Warranty claims are managed directly by the original product manufacturer. Contact the manufacturer for assistance with warranty claims.
