RETURNS
If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- We can’t accept returns for scratched, damaged, used, or installed items
Return Shipping:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Some returns may incur a restocking fee (we’ll notify you before processing)
How to Return:
- Submit a Return Request (Return Form available on our website)
- Include:
- At least 3 clear photos (product, shipping label, original box)
- Reason for return
- Your machine’s year, make, and model
- Wait for approval (1–3 business days). We’ll issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).
- Print the shipping label we email you, add the RMA# to your box, and ship it back.
- Once received, allow 7–10 business days for inspection. Refunds:
- Original payment method: 3–5 business days processing
- Store credit: Instantly applied (never expires)
RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED FOR:
- Items missing protective film (like windshields/windows)
- Installed, scratched, or damaged items
- Clearance/closeout items
- Gift cards/digital downloads
- Custom-built products
- Assembled gas/electric toys
- Transmissions, differentials
- All doors from specific brands (Moto Armor, UTVZilla)
- Route Shipping Protection
CANCELLATIONS
Need to cancel? Contact us ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel and refund. If it’s shipped, we’ll help you return it after delivery.
EXCHANGES
We don’t process direct exchanges after shipment. To swap items, return your product and reorder the correct one using your store credit.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Warranty issues are handled by the product’s original manufacturer. Check your item’s manual or packaging for warranty info and contact them directly.
