EVP Paragon P47-400 Turbo Upgrade System for Can-Am Maverick R MAX

EVP MAVERICK R MAX P47-400 OEM TURBO CORE CHARGE PROCESS
EVP P47-400 Turbo Systems for Maverick R MAX require converting the OEM turbocharger through a strict machining process. This requires the turbocharger to be in full working order with minimal wear and no damage to internal/external componentry. To avoid significant downtime for customers, EVP is implementing a Turbo Core Charge process as follows:

1. Before receiving your P47-400 Turbo System, customers are required to remove and ship their OEM Maverick R MAX turbocharger to EVP’s Wisconsin facility for inspection. PRIOR TO STARTING THE TURBO REMOVAL PROCESS – READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:
   1. Remove heat shields only at this time - Using a high pressure hose, spray all dirt/grease/sand off turbo and areas around the turbo/manifold/downpipe.
   2. Remove turbocharger from vehicle according to instructions.
   3. Once turbocharger is uninstalled from vehicle, remove wastegate, wastegate bracket, heatshields, manifold and all associated hardware before shipping to avoid damage. EVP is not liable for shipping damage sustained in transit to our facility.
   4. Tape/plug the coolant and oil passages on the turbocharger. (See instructions for more information)
2. Print, fill out, and submit the EVP TURBO CORE FORM with your shipment.
3. Once received at EVP, all OEM turbochargers will be initially inspected to determine viability for a P47 conversion.
   1. If approved for conversion, your new P47 Turbocharger System will ship to the order’s address within 3 business days following approval provided we have P47 Cores in stock. If we are out of stock, the process can take up to 14 business days to ship.

• Maverick R MAX has already been unlocked with EVP X85 Rising Rate Tune:
  • P47-400 Turbo Upgrade Already Unlocked with X85 Rising Rate ($4,490)
• Maverick R MAX HAS been unlocked by EVP but you need EVP X85 Tune:
  • P47-400 Turbo Upgrade Already Unlocked with Pump/Race Gas ($7,736)
• Maverick R MAX HAS NOT been unlocked or tuned by EVP:
  • P47-400 Turbo Upgrade With Unlock ($8,336)
